Beach Condo I

We designed and oversaw the total interior renovation of an existing 1980’s 2-story beach condo in Florida. The clients wanted a modern Caribbean style, instead of an Old Floridian style. Therefore, we created a design parte’ that we labeled “Hawaiian Caribbean.”  We incorporated natural woods with clear coat finishes in both millwork and wall fenestrations, similar to various parts of Hawaii that integrate Koa & Tropical Ash wood into their design.
