Pool Addition/Home Renovations, Newtown CT

We were tasked with adding a backyard patio overlooking a new pool, designing a pool house, and drafting plans for interior renovations in Newtown, CT. Our clients wanted views of the pool from inside the home and an upper deck overlooking the pool for entertaining. They also desired a spacious patio surrounding the pool. We designed the pool house to accommodate pool equipment storage, as well as indoor dining and entertaining. Inside the home, we renovated the kitchen and dining room, updating the colonial hearth, while retaining it as the focal point between the two rooms.
