We are designing a luxury apartment complex with streel level retail establishments in a prime Utah location. This mixed-use building offers a roof top pool and bar amenities, where guests can relax while breathing in fresh air when dining and exercising. It also contains an indoor exercise room for health enthusiasts and an indoor pet space with bays for bathing and greenery for everyone to enjoy a sense of nature while playing indoor.
